All Weather Insulated Panels Promotes Jackie Rizzatti and Chaz Schafer to Regional Sales Manager

Pair of appointments highlight company’s commitment to customers nationwide

VACAVILLE, CA (August 21, 2024) – All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has announced the promotion of Jackie Rizzatti and Chaz Schafer to Regional Sales Manager.

Rizzatti, who most recently worked as an AWIP Territory Manager, has achieved significant sales growth during her eight- year tenure. In her new role, she will continue to drive growth and innovation, ensuring that AWIP is positioned for sustained market penetration.

Schafer moves into his new role after previously serving as AWIP’s Director of Marketing. In that capacity, Schafer was instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs that raised awareness of AWIP in the building products community and directly supported the sales and market share growth. As the newly appointed Eastern Regional Sales Manager, he will leverage his expertise to enhance customer relationships and spearhead new initiatives aimed at growing AWIP’s sales in the region.

Rizzatti and Schafer’s promotions are the latest example of AWIP’s nationwide restructuring of its sales team to serve customers nationwide. Paparella was named as AWIP’s new Director of C&I Sales in May, along with Scott Bacon’s appointment to Vice President of Sales and Jacob Nickel’s promotion to Central Regional Sales Manager.
