AWIP and Kingspan Holdings Ireland Limited are separate, independent data controllers and when they process your personal data they will do it on a separate, independent basis, and for their own purposes. We explain each of the purposes in this privacy notice. This means that each data controller is separately responsible for complying with the obligations of a controller under applicable data protection law.

AWIP is a business owned by Kingspan Group. Kingspan Group is the global leader in high-performance insulation and building technologies.
We have a website owned by AWIP. When you use our website, AWIP acts as a controller of your personal information that is collected or obtained via the website. If you use another website owned by Kingspan Group, your personal data will be processed independently by the relevant business owning that website in that Country.
AWIP is an independent data controller. When they process your personal data, they will do it on a separate, independent basis, and for their own purposes. This is explained in more detail below, in the sections "What information we collect", and "What do we do with your personal information".
We may change this privacy notice from time to time by updating this page. We recommend that you check this page from time to time to ensure you are happy with any changes. "Kingspan Group" means Kingspan Holdings (Ireland) Limited;
"All Weather Insulated Panels(AWIP)” /we/us/our" means All Weather Insulated Panels.
"You/your" means any website users. This may include users who are customers, prospective customers, investors, prospective investors or job applicants.
When you use this website, and subject to your consent to the use of cookies where relevant, we will record:

When you, amongst other activities, set up a user account, submit an online enquiry, request information from us, register for a newsletter or register for an event we may ask for some or all of the following information, in addition to such additional information as you may volunteer as appropriate:

Once you create and log-in to your user account or submit information through our website we will know who you are and you acknowledge that your activities on this website and information about you and/or your company may be recorded on our systems, which includes cloud-based systems.

When Kingspan Group receives a request that is meant to be sent to AWIP, it is of Kingspan Group's interest to provide you with the best possible service, so it will send the enquiry to All Weather Insulated Panels for you, instead of asking you to send it again.
We will not process your personal data for these purposes if such legitimate interests should be overridden by your own interests, rights and freedoms; or in limited circumstances, you have given your consent to processing of your personal data, for example, to receive marketing communications by third parties or to consent to the use of All Weather Insulated Panels or third-party cookies.
We would like to provide you with information about AWIP products and services, and other information from AWIP, which we think you may find interesting. We may send you such information by post, email, and/or telephone if you agree we can.
With your explicit consent, we will use external organizations to send AWIP offers and marketing communications to you. To do so, either they will collect information directly from you, or we will otherwise provide your personal information to them. These external organizations include contractors, merchants, distributors, retailers, and other service providers which are outside of All Weather Insulated Panels. AWIP will share your personal information with Kingspan Group because Kingspan Group owns the global website.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties located in your country and in countries other than your own, in compliance with applicable laws.
International data transfers
AWIP hold and share data with Kingspan Holdings, affiliates and relevant third parties who are compliant with our Data policies.
Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country.
If we have your explicit consent, we may provide your personal information to external organizations (e.g. to contractors, merchants, distributors, retailers, media agencies and service providers which are outside of AWIP) so that they can contact you about their promotions, services, events and other activities in relation to AWIP products and services without having obtained consent from you themselves. An example of this is a provider that places cookies on your device in order to personalize information about our products and services for you.
As we are a global entity, the countries to which your personal data is sent/accessed from may have a different standard of data protection than the country in which you are situated. However, we have put in place protections and adequate safeguards to ensure that your information is adequately protected, and we comply with the law. Where organizations outside of AWIP provide you with a service on our behalf, or help us provide the service to you (e.g. sending you a piece of literature that you have requested from us or helping us respond to your request regarding the technical operation of the website) or provide professional advice to us, we may share your personal information with those organizations who will only use the information to provide the relevant service. However, we will retain control of your personal information and any third-party service provider that we use must act in accordance with our instructions and protect the confidentiality and security of the personal information as appropriate.
We may share your personal information with a purchaser or potential purchaser of our business.

Your rights, how to get copies of or amend the information we have collected and how to make a complaint
You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you under data protection laws. If you wish to exercise any of the rights outlined below, please contact your data controller directly.
You may oppose the processing of your personal data when there are legitimate grounds to do so, if there is no legal obligation for us to carry out this processing and provided that this right of opposition has not been excluded by an express clause in the document authorizing this processing. For the avoidance of doubt, processing for marketing purposes may always be opposed.
If you think any information held by All Weather Insulated Panels about you is incorrect, incomplete or is being processed improperly, please write to All Weather Insulated Panels and they will pass on your request to your data controller/s, or you can contact your directly and it/they will delete, block, correct, update or cease to process any information subject to the terms provided for by the law.
Where information processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
Where our processing of your personal data is based on you having provided consent, or is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, you may request us to provide you, or a third party, with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine readable format.

If you wish to make a complaint about an alleged breach of the law, we ask that you send us your complaint in writing to the All Weather Insulated Panels. All Weather Insulated Panels is an idependent data controller and while they process your personal data they will do it on a separate, independt basis, and for their own purposes and will be responsible for complying with the obligations of a controller under applicable data protection law.
